You will be billed monthly via a subscription that is connected to your credit card. Your linked credit card will be charged a monthly subscription starting from the first day you subscribed.
You may use one (1) Whatsapp number per KWActivate subscription.
In the event that the messages sent to your contacts are deemed as spam, your contacts may report/block your number. This is what will cause your WhatsApp number to be banned. In an event where your WhatsApp number is affected, kindly contact our support team immediately for assistance. We highly recommend sending messages that are welcomed and to a contact list that has expressed interest in receiving your outreach.
Every message sent via KWActivate incurs a credit deduction. Each text (text | emoji | web links) message is 3 credits. Each media (image | video | document) is 6 credits.
When your credits fall below 300, KWActivate automatically tops up a block of 4,000 credits for RM43.00 (or USD10).
Payment receipts and invoices will be automatically emailed to the email address used for registration.
To cancel your subscription, simply send an email to support@otomateme.com. Your request will be processed withing 24 hours.
